SIAPM

SIAPM is a joint venture company of SAIC Group and Infineon Group, founded in 2018. The company is headquartered in Shanghai and plant is in Wuxi, Jiangsu. The business of SIAPM is automotive power module production, application & sales, and localized application service in China market.

SIAPM has introduced Infineon's advanced equipments, production technology and quality assurance system, and established the first automated automotive-grade IGBT module mounting and testing line and highly integrated manufacturing system in China with the world's leading level.

SIAPM has a wide range of products, mainly Infineon HybridPAC Drive power modules. SIAPM can also customize some local products according to the needs of domestic customers on this basis. The products are characterized by both high power density and low energy loss, adopting Infineon's most advanced 7th generation IGBT chips and the first module packaging technology, relying on the brand new chip process, and demonstrating a power cycling capability of over 30% beyond that of ordinary automotive power modules in the automotive grade reliability certification, making them the preferred products for power semiconductors of major OEMs, which are mainly used for different applications. It has become the first choice of power semiconductors for major OEMs and is mainly used in new energy electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles with different power levels.
